Bill Wilson

BillWilsonBill Wilson, Soprano Saxophone, was first introduced to music through a school band program. By the age of 17, he was the first saxophonist to win both the Seattle Symphony and the Oregon Symphony Young Artists competitions resulting in concerto performances with both orchestras.

Since that time, Mr. Wilson has performed at major venues such as the Hollywood Bowl, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, the historic Avalon Casino on Catalina Island, and Disneyland. Other career highlights include musical tours to Africa, Europe and Japan. His tenure with the Dean Mora Orchestra has made him a fan of early swing and pre-swing music.

Mr. Wilson received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Saxophone Performance from Cal State University Northridge and USC, and also holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.
